In Loving Memory By: Alter Bridge
Thanks for all you've done I've missed you for so long I can't believe you're gone You still live in me I feel you in the wind You guide me constantly
I've never knew what it was to be alone, no Cause you were always there for me You were always there waiting And ill come home and I miss your face so Smiling down on me I close my eyes to see
And I know, you're a part of me And it's your song that sets me free I sing it while I feel I can't hold on I sing tonight cause it comforts me
I carry the things that remind me of you In loving memory of The one that was so true Your were as kind as you could be And even though you're gone You still mean the world to me
I've never knew what it was to be alone, no Cause you were always there for me You were always there waiting But now I come home and it's not the same, no It feels empty and alone I can't believe you're gone
And I know, you're a part of me And it's your song that sets me free I sing it while I feel I can't hold on I sing tonight cause it comforts me
I'm glad he set you free from sorrow I'll still love you more tomorrow And you will be here with me still
And what you did you did with feeling And You always found the meaning And you always will And you always will And you always will
And I know, you're a part of me And it's your song that sets me free I sing it while I feel I can't hold on I sing tonight cause it comforts me
~You will always be my Cowboy~

This poem came from a Remembrance Service that Duke Hospital had to remember all those that have past away a Duke... which included Adam.. But i thought this poem was great for all our loved ones we have lost!!
In the rising of the sun & in its going down We remember them In the blowing of the wind & in the chill of winter We remember them In the opening of buds & in the rebirth of spring We remember them In the rustling of leaves & in the beauty of autumn We remember them In the Beginning of the year & when it ends We remember them When we are lost & sick at heart We remember them When we have joys, we yearn to share We remember them So long as we live, they too shall live, For they are a part of us, as We remember Them
The green leaf is our leaf on the Memory Tree

If Tears Could Build A Stairway If tears could build a stairway And memories were a lane We would walk right up to Heaven And bring you back again No farewell words were spoken No time to say goodbye You were gone before we knew it And only God knows why Our hearts still ache in sadness And secret tears still flow What it meant to lose you No one will ever know But now we know you want us To mourn for you no more To remember all the happy times Life still has much in store Since you’ll never be forgotten We pledge to you today A hallowed place within our hearts Is where you’ll always stay -Author Unknown

I

I would like you to take some time and visit this site, that has personally touched us all. This family and group of friends are going through the same pain, tears, tests, and trials and those of Adam. After seeing this site, a few of us have developed a relationship with Matt's family. It's a sad and horrible thing that because of such incidents we all have become friends. It's also a sad and horrible thing that Adam and Matt had to meet the way they have but we all know that the both of them are watching over us everyday and that they are holding down the clouds until we are all reunited! May you both rest in peace!

Matt and Adam have welcomed a new little one to the streets of Heaven. Matt's nephew, who was Matt's namesake, went to be with his uncle Matt on December 5th 2006 at 2 months old. I am sure that Matt and Adam are spoiling him rotten. I know as soon as little Matt arrived he told them that Matti and Christopher are getting SO big, but doing just fine, just missing their daddies. By the time we all get there to be reunited with them, little Matt will know all the tricks and trade of being a GREAT hunter and an awesome fisherman, as well as how to have the hottest car out there! Sleep peacefully Little Matt.

HE IS GONE
You can shed tears that he is gone, Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
Or you can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back Or you can do what he would want: Smile, open your eyes, love and go on. Anonymous
Thank you Bobbie. It's beautiful He was so Handsome & so full of life... But now he is in God's hands watching down on us always! He will be Forever Young!

Thank you for visiting Adam's site. Please light a candle so that we may know that you were here. It means a lot to us. God Bless you all.
Please see Adam's timeline to read about events that lead to his murder, and for future court dates and action taken.

Adam's Last Picture With His Son, 2 Weeks Before He Was Killed
 I miss my Daddy!!

Adam was a loving, FATHER, BOYFRIEND, SON, BROTHER, GRANDSON, COUSIN, NEPHEW AND MOST OF ALL FRIEND.

If Adam couldn't be in the woods hunting, he would be on the water fishing. Those were his two favorite things to do. You could always find Adam outside somewhere getting into something. Adam loved his family and spent as much time with them as possible. If he wasn't with family he was with his great friends who he thought of as family and loved them all the same! Adam was a hard worker and was always dedicated 100% to his job. Adam also was just a big KID. He loved to cut up and make people laugh. He was always putting a smile on someone's face no matter what he was doing.

Best Buddies! He loved his Hunting Dog Bandit more than Anything.. They were always together.. that was his front seat riding buddy!
